2. Formal Commercial Agreements
All binding commitments regarding engineering project scope, milestones, deliverable specifications, schedules, component costs, and commercial pricing are formally established exclusively through individualized bilateral contracts, including Master Services Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) signed by authorized corporate representatives.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content, visual diagrams, code snippets, brand assets, and proprietary technical terminology are the exclusive intellectual property of ALPHA TECH TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENT CO., LTD (DeviceLab). For bespoke client engineering engagements, intellectual property ownership of all custom deliverables (schematics, layout Gerber files, BOMs, and firmware source code) is transferred 100% to the client upon final milestone acceptance as stipulated in individual project contracts.
4. Governing Law
These terms and any non-contractual interactions arising from website usage shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
